- This specific sweep is going towards the butterfly hook

Game 1
Starting Position

- 1 - Wrap your foot over the crooks of your opponents knee
- solidify the position by wrapping your thigh over your heel
- 2 - place an elbow wedge on your opponentโs back
- this prevents this from shrimping away
Objectives
- Top player
- Get to the back of your opponent
- Bottom player
- Prevent the back take
- If your back is taken, escape the back take
- If after you escape the back take and find yourself in mount the game isn't done as yet. You must now escape mount. Get your knee in between yourself and your opponent
Game 2
Starting position


- 1 - place your foot underneath your opponent and connect foot to ankle
- 2 - elbow into the person's shoulder
- 3 - grab below the crook of knee on your upper thigh

Objective
- The main aim is to turn your opponent over onto their back using the leg connection (butterfly hook)
- Top
- use the back of your hand underneath your opponent's thigh and throw them into the opposite direction
- Bottom
- Get your shoulder into your opponent's cheek (re-cross face) โ this is before you are swept
- Take the back of your opponent before he is able to lock up the hold โ this is after you are swept

- Use the butterfly sweep method and get to the end result from game 1
