Intention

  • Player on their back
    • You are to move past your opponent’s elbows and get chest to back connection
    • When they posture up you can also take a top position
  • Player in the guard
    • You are to break the connection that are holding you down (the head control & arm control) from your opponent, standing up & away from them
    • You are to break the connection that are holding you down (the head control & arm control) from your opponent and getting chest to chest connection for 3 counts of Mississippi

    • You are to break the connection that are holding you down from your opponent, standing up & away from them
    • You are to break the connection that are holding you down from your opponent and getting chest to chest connection for 3 counts of Mississippi

  • Player seated
    • Using your legs and hands bring your opponent down into your closed guard
    • Get them into the position from game 3, once the position has been achieved then we can navigate to moving past your opponent’s elbows to get chest to back connection
    • If they begin to posture up, drive your hip into them into order to reverse the position to achieve chest to chest connection
  • Player standing
    • Get your opponent back to the mats
    • Achieve either:
      • chest to chest
