Game 1
- Starting Position - 1
- 0 - Back flat to the mats
- 1 - With your palm facing forward in a c shape, wrap around the creak of your knee
- 2 - with your palm facing towards you in a c shape, connect to the other palm from position #1
- 3 - Your opponent’s head should be under your armpit

- Starting Position - 2 → completely optional (can be done as an alternative)
- 0 - Back to the mats
- 1 - connect both ankles together
- 2 - holding one ankle
- 3 - gripping the crook of your knee

- Attention
- Maintaining the broken posture of your opponent
- Intention
- Player on your back
- Keep your opponent’s head facing towards the mats and under your armpits
- Player on your knees
- Elevate your vision to the ceiling and work towards getting either chest to chest or chest to back
Game 2
- Starting Position
- 0 - Back to the mats
- 1 - grab the crook of your knee
- 2 - grab the wrist of your opponent
- 3 - Connect ankle to ankle

- Attention
- Maintaining the broken posture of your opponent
- Intention
- Player on your back
- Keep your opponent’s head facing towards the mats and under your armpits
- Get to the position from game #1
- Player on your knees
- Elevate your vision to the ceiling and work towards getting either chest to chest or chest to back
Game 3
- Starting Position
- Start with your legs wrapped ankle to ankle around your opponent
- Your back is to mat
- Your opponent’s hands are on your chest

- Attention
- Make and maintaining the broken posture of your opponent
- Work on their capacity to finish from with their backs to the mats
- Intention
- Player on their back
- Using your legs, rock your opponent forward and get them into the position from game 1
- Once the position has been achieved then the game happens the same as the previous
- Keep your opponent’s head facing towards the mats and under your armpits
- Control their posture with your legs and prevent them from getting up
- Player in the guard
- You are to break the connection that are holding you down from your opponent achieving either:
- chest to chest connection for 3 counts of Mississippi
- or chest to back with both legs are connected to your opponent’s thighs
Game 4
- Starting Position
- Attention
- Seated Player
- Making and maintaining the broken posture of your opponent
- Work on their capacity to finish from the back
- Standing Player
- Passing the lines of the hip
- Removing the legs from the equation
- Intention
- Seated Player
- Get your opponent on their knees and get into the position from game #1
- Once in the position in game #1, by doing an ab crunch and pulling your knee towards your chest you are able to suffocate your opponent, use this to get the submission
- Once submitted reset to the starting position
- Standing Player
- Using your hands and legs remove your opponent’s legs from in front and off to the sides
- From there get chest to chest OR chest to back connection for 3 counts of Mississippi
Game 5
- Both players start standing
- One player is to accept a takedown of the other opponent
- The game starts once the player’s hips/back hit the mats
- Intention
- The player who hits the mats should lock up ankle to ankle behind their opponent to get to the position from the first game and get the submission
- While the other is trying to get chest to chest or chest to back and work for any submission from either

- One player is standing
- One player is seated
